The Practice
Most experiences are forgettable because they are designed to be safe.
Rhythm isn't safe. Twenty people in a circle. No phones. No slides. No hierarchy. Within ten minutes the room sounds and feels different. Within thirty, people who arrived as strangers are playing together.
That is the work. Everything else - the djembes, the call-and-response, the optional handpan close - is craft in service of it.

Each is a private engagement, scoped and priced for the gathering. None are off-the-shelf.
Leadership Offsites
Half-day rhythm and reset for senior teams. Designed to land before strategy, not after.
Private Evenings
Curated gatherings for family offices, wealth managers, and developer client events. Quiet rooms, intentional guests.
Retreats
Longer-form work, by request. Multi-day offsites, leadership residencies, and private retreats.
Drum Shakti doesn't scale, and isn't meant to. A handful of engagements, each built for the room it's in. The value was never in the volume.

The format borrows from West African djembe traditions, call-and-response facilitation, and, where the room asks for it, handpan ambience for the quieter close.
